Each deck over is equipped standard with a 10 I-Beam frame 3 channel cross members 10 Gauge smooth steel floor 2 5/16 couplers a 10k Drop-Leg jack and more. Combine ramps with our standard fold-down sides and this trailer can be used for almost any task.
Our deck-over dumps offer a raised deck (above the tires) to accommodate 10 gauge fold-down sides and a bed width of 96. Available in gooseneck or bumper pull models each deck-over is equipped standard with 10 I beam frame and neck with a 12 riser on gooseneck models. 3 channel cross members span the 10 gauge smooth steel floor. 2 5/16 couplers are equipped standard on each model with a 7k drop leg jack and locking pump box to secure the trailer components. A standard scissor hoist with 520 cylinder lifts this unit to a nearly 45-degree dump angle - and the retractable tarp system ensures your cargo will stay in your load and off the road. Three-way gate functionality gives you the flexibility to have a spreader gate barn door gate or truck-style tailgate on your trailer.

  Norstar Company is a family-owned and operated manufacturing company. The founding brothers were farm raised and hard-working. They learned the value of following your passion and pursuing your dreams no matter what. Eventually they each left the farm and turned their efforts to manufacturing. As they worked their way through many major automotive manufacturing plants in the Detroit area they were able to gain keen insights into productivity efficiency and quality control - along with how to achieve such advanced manufacturing principles in large-scale production from the floor level.
  With over 55 years of first-rate manufacturing experience between the four brothers Norstar was founded in 2012 along with a seasoned and experienced team backed by new state-of-the-art equipment. A new facility was built by their hands from the ground up - literally. This new building along with their supporting associates enabled them to fully utilize their acquired skills in production sales procurement accounting and even administrative management. The Norstar company now has a lean assembly line process and pre-engineered bed and trailer designs. The process begins with laser-cut and precision-machined components. Highly skilled welders then affix the components in precision jigs to ensure your product is built to spec every time. Finally each product is finished and trimmed out completely only to then undergo a rigorous quality inspection.
